Being a mother is the greatest Happiness in the world. It’s a precious time to be a mom for the first time. Every new mother has a different mood swing during their pregnancy. A new mother explores each new thing as her latest experience. According to exploration, a new mother spends 1400 hours researching how to keep their baby healthy and happy. 

Anyway, for the first time, a new mother is excited and sincere about their baby. Here, I am sharing some significant pregnancy tips!

Having attention during pregnancy

Every mother’s pregnancy experience is different. It takes nine(9) months from conception to birth. We must pay our full attention to caring for ourselves and our babies. 

During this pregnancy, there are three valuable stages. It’s essential to take care of every stage at this time-

Takes Months 
The first stage takes (1st trimester)0-3 Months 
The last take (3rd trimester)4-6 Months
The last takes (3rd trimester)7-9 Months

What should we avoid in pregnancy?

During this pregnancy, our body is not stable enough to take everything. We should be cautious about our food listings. Some of them we should avoid during pregnancy-

  • Raw eggs
  • Soft cheeses
  • Raw meat & fish
  • All types of caffeine
  • Lifting heavy things
  • Smoking
  • Any medicine without a prescription  
  • All types of alcohol
  • Mercury included fish like-  tuna, shark, and tilefish.
  • Heavy activities 
  • Every kind of energy drinks

What should we do in pregnancy?

During pregnancy, our minds and bodies are constantly changing. Depending on the physical changes, we should seek the opinion of a doctor. Eating the right food and getting enough sleep is very important during pregnancy. 

All of these we should do on pregnancy time like-

  • To take multivitamins with your gynecologist’s advice
  • To do a light exercise
  • Do yoga every morning or afternoon under expert supervision
  • To get at 8-9 hours of sound sleep
  • To check up on your health every month 
  • Stay stress-free 
  • Drink lots of water
  • Intake of protein & green vegetables
  • Add fruits to your daily diet chart

All in all, we have to spend this time very carefully. No heavy work can be done during this time that may be harmful to the body and health of the child. Have a safe pregnancy!
